Test boxes

We develop and manufacture acoustic boxes and RF boxes for the company Tymphany Acoustic Technology Europe, s.r.o. The products of companies such as Bose, Bang & Olufsen and others are tested in these boxes…

Specific acoustic boxes are developed and manufactured according to the customer’s wishes. Construction ensures the required shielding of the measuring space from noise from production using a single- or double-chamber. The envelopes are  made of MDF boards and the fillings of acoustically absorbing materials.

• Elimination of vibration transmission from the floor is realized by means of pneumatic bags or by the use of anti-vibration material.
• Specially designed absorbent foam boards and the shape of the interior space are used to prevent unwanted reflections and waves inside the box.
• Acoustic boxes can be operated completely independently or integrated into automatic test lines.
• At the customer’s request, it is also possible to supply protocols from measurement.

We also design and supply shielded RF boxes. These boxes use our acquired and proven know-how in this area and help customers perform demanding RF measurements in areas that are highly exposed to RF interference – telephone, Wi-Fi and BT networks, etc. .

The use of special materials, shielded components and the design of the box itself ensures the required attenuation in the RF area and stabilizes the environment, in which these measurements are performed.

These devices can be operated separately or integrated into the test line.

At the customer’s request, it is also possible to supply protocols from measurement.
